About the Job & Responsibilities:
- Fill product bags with dry pancake mix using a semi-automatic machine.
- Perform inventory counts of supplies, bags, and ingredients.
- Meet daily quotas set by the Food Production Manager.
- Required to assist in set up and clean up responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitized workspace at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict safety and health code policies and procedures.
- This is a physical, hands-on job in a production facility.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of food production or baking experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 10-25 lbs and push/pull heavy containers on wheels without restrictions.
- Must be able to stand on feet for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English to follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
