There is no artificial buttermilk powder, artificial milk, dried eggs, dairy, or fake blueberries, pecans or chocolate chips in our mix, which makes our pancakes and waffles a step above the rest.All you need to do is add 5 simple wet ingredients to the dry Vicky Cakes mix to get delicious pancake perfection every time.

Our dry pancake and waffle mix have a shelf life of 12-18 months from production. Once you mix the dry mix into actual pancake batter, it will last for 2 days inside the refrigerator in a covered container.
