Shipping policy

When you place an order on our website, our order processing time is 7-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, the delivery time is based solely on the carrier.

You will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your order from our warehouse to your mailbox.

From time to time, carriers are delayed in updating shipping and tracking information. If your tracking seems to be "stuck" and has not been updated for several days, please contact our support team here.

If your tracking is shown as "delivered", but you have not received it, your package may be delayed with the carrier or it may have been stolen. Vicky Cakes is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Please contact your carrier to file a claim.
