Vicky Cakes is not the typical just-add-water mix. You’ll need to add water, milk, egg, and oil. For vegan pancakes, use an egg replacer like applesauce and use dairy-free milk (our favorite is almond milk). For an extra boost of flavor, add vanilla and buttermilk (or vegan buttermilk). Follow specific the instructions on back of the packaging.
There are no dairy products, like powdered eggs or powdered milk in our mix, unlike many other mixes on the market.
For vegan pancakes or waffles, use an egg replacer like applesauce and use dairy-free milk (our favorite is almond milk).
