Vicky Cakes is not the typical just-add-water mix. You’ll need to add water, milk, egg, and oil. For vegan pancakes, use an egg replacer like applesauce and use dairy-free milk (our favorite is almond milk).
For an extra boost of flavor, add vanilla and buttermilk (or vegan buttermilk).

Tha original is good. But when I made it, I didn’t have all the ingredients so I followed the instructions to make it the vegan way. The pancakes came out so moist, airy, and light.
