Original Pancake Mix

This lady SNAPPED! The pancake mix is EVERYTHING! I will no longer try to make my own vegan pancake mix. The fact that it’s black owned, woman owned, and the price, shipping/delivery was on point is enough for me. I purchased 5 bags so I won’t need an order anytime soon, but the moment I get low I will reorder. If I could add pictures to my review I would! Love her, and cant wait to go in person to try them as well.

Best tasting pancakes we’ve EVER had. Didn’t have buttermilk the first batch, still tasty but used buttermilk for the rest (we had a bundle of 5pkgs) and that took it to a whole new level!!! 10/10. One package left and will try the waffle recipe. Worth the long wait to receive.

I came across these while perusing for pancake & waffle mixes and came across Vicky Cakes. I liked that they were vegan so I bought them. I don’t normally like pancakes, and usally find them too dry, but when I made these, I was surprised. Not only were they light and fluffy, but for the first time ever I didnt need to drown my pancakes in syrup just to eat them. Also, I love that it tells you exactly how many pancakes it makes, and it made that exact amount. Usually products will say “makes 15” for example, and it could be more or less, but Vicky Cakes makes exactly the amount and to me, that’s perfect. So, 5 stars, will likely buy again, and thank you for making pancakes something I can actually enjoy.
