Each 8oz package makes 10-12 medium-size pancakes or 4 large Belgian waffles.

Cooking Instructions
You will need milk (or non-dairy milk), oil, and 1 egg (or vegan egg replacer). For more flavor, add 1 tbsp of vanilla flavor and 1/4 cup of buttermilk.
For vegan pancakes or waffles, use an egg replacer like applesauce and your choice of dairy-free milk.
