Ingredients

Dry Ingredients: 1 container of Vicky Cakes Apple Pie Pancake Mix

Wet Ingredients: 1 cup milk 1 large egg or 1/4 cup applesauce 2 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Sugar Topping: 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with cooking spray.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients
