Blueberry Compote Using Vicky Cakes Blueberry Syrup
This compote is smooth, slightly loose, and packed with real blueberry flavor—perfect for drizzling, spooning, and upgrading whatever you’re eating. You only need two ingredients to make this compote and level up every single dessert and food dish you can think of.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Vicky Cakes Blueberry Syrup
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
Instructions:
Step 1: Warm up the Syrup
Add the blueberry syrup to a small saucepan and warm it over medium-low heat.
Step 2: Add Blueberries
Pour in the blueberries and stir gently to coat them in the syrup.
Step 3: Let It Cook
Let the mixture simmer for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries begin to soften and release their juices. Lightly mash a few of the blueberries with a spoon to create a natural texture while keeping some whole.
Step 4: Let it Cool
Remove from heat once the compote reaches a slightly thickened but still pourable consistency. As the compote cools, it gets thicker, so it's best to pour it while it's still warm.

This one’s easy to keep in rotation. You can pour it over pancakes, swirl it into yogurt, drizzle it on cheesecake, ice cream—whatever desserts you like, this blueberry compote using Vicky Cakes blueberry syrup will elevate it all.
